Asphalt Mix Testing Instruments

Bentonite Slurry Sampler - 50 MTR.
Slurry-Sampler is designed for capturing samples of drilling fluid from any specific depth within an excavation or borehole. This special sampler assures slurry samples taken produce a representative sample for proper test results. The use of a sampler is important for exact depth confirmation of viscosity, specific gravity, pH, and sand content data collection in the drilling fluid.
- Bailer diameter: 4" approx
- Fdot approved: Yes, for drilling fluid slurry testing
- Construction: Ms body with
- Chamber length: 775 mm
- Overall Dimensions in Inches (L x W x H): 5 X 5 X 38
- Weight, approx.: 11 kgs

Mud Balance ASTM D4380
Mud Balance is a simple method for fast and accurate determination of density of the drilling mud and Bentonite Slurry Mixture.
- Overall Dimensions: 54 X 18 X 15.5 CM
- Weight (Approx): 2.850 kg

Sand Content Test Kit
Sand content is the volume percentage of particles larger than 74 microns. Periodic determination of the sand content in a drilling fluid is desirable. Excessive sand may result in the deposition of a thick filter cake on the wall of the borehole, in turn it may settle in the hole around the tools when circulation is stopped and may cause interference with the successful operation of drilling or when the casing is set. High sand content also causes excessive abrasion of pump parts and pipe connections.
- Overall Dimensions: 36 X 18 X 13 CM

Storage Plate for 4 Inches Dia Marshal Specimen
Model Number : TM-041-6
To store 6 pieces of Marshall Specimen. Specimen dia : 100 mm (4").

Marsh Cone Funnel - ASTM D6910
Model Number : EIE-7018(P)
This cone is used to find out viscosity of Bentonite slurry and like material. The capacity of the funnel is 1500 cc. Time in seconds required to flow out 1000 cc of slurry from cone is measured as funnel viscosity of the material. As per ASTM D 6910.
- Overall Dimensions: 8" X 8" X 15"
- Weight (Approx): 250 gm

V Funnel Test Apparatus
Model Number : CT-SCC-003
The V‑ Funnel flow time is the period in which, a defined volume of SCC (self‑consolidating concrete) needs to pass through a narrow opening and gives an indication of the filing ability of SCC, provided that blocking and or segregation do not take place. The flow time of the V‑Funnel test is to some degree related to the plastic viscosity.
- Overall Dimensions: 570 X 570 X 1120(L X W X D) mm
- Weight (Approx): 16 kg

Round Hot Plate
Model Number : EIE-210CPE20
Electrically operated, round shape top plate made of C.I./S.S.304 and body of thick CRC Powder coated or S.S.304, Unique design of Hot plate with Grooves - concealed Heaters – ensuring long life. Fully air ventilated lower body for minimum heat even when the top plate is fully heated With three heat control switch and energy regulator or Digital Controller . Max. Temp. 350°C, Working on 230 V single phase.

Marshal Rammer - Standard (4.57 KG)
Model Number : TM-041-5S
The compaction hammer will have a flat, circular tamping face & a 4.5 kg (10 lbs) sliding weight with a free fall of 457.2 ± 2.5 mm. (18 inch.).
- Overall Dimensions in Inches (L x W x H): 4 x 4 x 37
- Weight (Approx.): 8 Kg

Reflectance Meter / Whiteness Meter
Model Number : TC-1177
Principles - Whiteness is property of Luminous Objects. Whiteness is measured in terms of diffuse Reflectance, which is the ratio of reflected light measured at 90° after passing through a suitable filter and the incident light that is generally at 45° to the surface of the sample. With 45° Diffuse Reflectance head for whiteness & brightness measurement. This Instrument is Filter less - 2 colors wavelength provided on selectable switch with long life secondary standard.
- Overall Dimensions: 380 X 445 X 205(L X W X D) mm
- Weight Net: 5 Kg

O Funnel Apparatus - Type I
Model Number : CT-SCC-009
O-Funnel Apparatus is primarily used in testing the flowability and viscosity of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC). The O-Funnel Test is similar in principle to the V-Funnel Test, assessing the time taken for SCC to flow through a narrow opening, which provides insights into the concrete’s viscosity and flow behavior

Jig For The Tensile Strength Parallel To Surface For Wood Particle Boards - BIS 2380-6, ASTM D143
Compliance Standards: BIS 2380, Part-6, ASTM D143
