Automatic Alternate duty cycle scheduling pump control with SMS Level Alert
PM053PMPV1 is a robust reliable low cost Automatic 3 Pump Control System that automatically reschedule up to 3 pump for alternate duty cycle for even pump wear and system robustness.
Unlike a PLC control with rigid linear flow control , the PM052PMPV1 is a purpose built system controller that allows any pump to be switch in and out without stopping the system, as well as being able to start another pump to take over if any one of running pump trips. This means there is no need to reconfigure the software and setup to select the system as it can be switch to running in 1 pump, 2 pump with alternate duty cycle, and 3 pump with alternate duty cycle scheduling There is no need to change the software or reset up for changing from single pump to 3 pump control system.
The reason for being able to alternate the pump duty cycle is so that all the 3 pump are run evenly with roughly same running hours. Otherwise if only 1 primary pump runs all the time in normal condition, then the spare pump are never run at all, and not even check to see if it is even functioning. So the alternate scheduling ensure all primary, secondary and spare pump are constantly being schedule to run.
The special control algorithm is constantly checking the switch panel , pump condition and level so that it will inititiate an automatic rescheduling if any pump are being switch to maintenance/Run mode or the level has changed preset limit and automatically the available pool of pump will be computed and trigger a rescheduling of pump operational cycle.

The PM053PMPV1 has a built 4G/2G GSM Modem that send SMS for RTU failures, Level alert, pump trip conditions etc. In addition the status can be real time poll via SMS command “?SQ? this allows user to check the status of the water level and pump condition.
