In order to successfully evaluate IAR Embedded Workbench with TI-RTOS solutions, please make sure that the version of IAR Embedded Workbench you download is compatible with the version of TI-RTOS you are using. You can check which IAR Embedded Workbench version is required in the TI-RTOS release notes, in the section “Target and Compiler Support”.
