Process Controllers

In-Situ Inc. offers both AC and DC controllers with local display and data logging options. Controllers include high- and low-voltage relays that can be used to run pumps, open gates, control warning lights, and more.

For environmental applications, customers use the Con TROLL PRO System for pump-and-treat remediation systems, flood control systems, flood warning networks, and more. 

AC-Powered Control Systems

Con TROLL PRO Model AC—An AC-powered controller capable of displaying and transmitting data. This model is suited for applications that do not require data logging. This model can trigger low- and high-voltage relays.

Con TROLL PRO Model AC-L—An AC-powered controller capable of logging, displaying, and transmitting data. This model is suited for applications that requiredata logging. This model can trigger low- and high-voltage relays.

DC-Powered Control Systems

Con TROLL PRO Model DC-L—A battery- or solar-powered controller with logging abilities. This system is suited for remote monitoring applications and can trigger low-voltage relays.

Light Tower & Audible Alarm Reduce Risks

The Light Tower and Audible Alarm Kit works with the Con TROLL PRO System. When connected to one or both relay outputs, the light tower and alarm will alert you to changes in process or culture water conditions based on user-defined settings.

For example, an RDO PRO Probe is connected to the Con TROLL PRO and is used to monitor DO levels in a tank and control an aerator. If DO concentration falls below 3 mg/L, the aerator turns on and the light turns yellow. If DO levels continue to drop and reach 2 mg/L, the red light turns on and the audible alarm can sound, if needed. As DO levels rise and reach 3 mg/L, then the light turns back to yellow and the audible alarm turns off. When DO concentration rises above 4 mg/L, the light turns green and the aerators turn off.
